1982年进入合肥工业大学学习， 1991年获硕士学位，2002年获管理学博士学位。

1986年 合肥工业大学毕业后留校任教；

安徽省信息处理技术与信息系统工程研究中心副主任；教育部电子商务专业教学指导委员会委员，全国计算机模拟与信息技术学会副秘书长。

先后主持或参与了国家自然科学基金、国家“863”重点项目、国家“十五”科技攻关项目、教育部博士点基金、教育部重点研究基金等国家级、省部级科研项目以及芜湖奇瑞电子商务项目、海尔集团(合肥)人力资源管理系统、安徽省立医院信息系统等企业委托项目30余项。

参与出版专著2部，作为主编和副主编分别出版“十一五”国家级规划教材、“十五”国家级规划教材各1部。论文：
